 
Home Page - History - Nets - Contacts - Gallery - Links - News - Membership 2018 AGM - Tuesday 23rd October This year's AGM is similar to previous AGMs in that our venue is, once again, the Brunswick Inn in Derby (conveniently close to Derby railway station).The difference is that this year's AGM is on a weekday, Tuesday 23rd October. We couldn't find a Saturday in October that would be suitable for our AGM so we have moved the AGM to a weekday. We hope that holding the AGM on a weekday will appeal to more members than a Saturday AGM. Our timetable is: 11:00 Day commences with an
informal Meet + Greet + Chat.
Our AGMs usually run for
1h30m - 2h30m depending on how many topics we have to discuss.13:15 AGM commences. 17:00 End of day. All BRARS members are welcome to attend this event. It will greatly assist our planning if members book places well in advance (we've a cut-off date of Monday 8th October with respect to the catering) but if booking in advance is not possible then please simply turn up on the day.
